The tombstone is in poor conservation condition. On the grave plate are the following inscriptions:
ANNO 1583 DEN IZIVLI STAR HANS TOM BROKE=DEM GOT GENAD
ANNO 1574 DEN 9 MARTI STARB GERTKE TOM BROKE DER GOT GENEDICH SI
In the center of the plate is an inscription in Latin, which is no longer legible.
Inscription in the lower part of the grave plate:
HERR JOHANN SCHULTE UND SEINEN ERBEN
