The Tombstone shows the figure of a clergyman. In the middle of the figure is the inscription “Simen Oldenborh 68”, below inscription the house mark and 18th century inventory number 17.
On perimeter of tombstone illegible 15th century inscription in Gothic majuscule interrupted by medallions. No figures of the evangelists or animals are visible in them. The inscription was already difficult to read in 1885:
Anno dni mcccc… (blank) Steins obiit ioh(ann)es beruci (?) ordel canonic. . . etc…
