The tombstone was placed in its current location in 1959-1962. during the restoration works of the church.
The composition of the tombstone is based on a medieval scheme, the square stone slab is included by text band:
ANNO 1554 // DĒ 22 FEBR STARB STEFFAN HOFNER // DEM GOTT GNADE
ANNO 1581 // DEN 6 FEBRVA: STARB ANNA HOEFNER // DER GOTT GNADE
In the corners of the tombstones are figures of the evangelists in medallions. In the upper left corner – an angel, the symbol of the evangelist Matthew, in the upper right corner – a lion, the symbol of the evangelist Mark, in the lower right corner – an eagle, the symbol of the evangelist John, in the lower left corner – a bull, the symbol of the evangelist Lukas.
In the central part of the plate, a shield with the house sign and the initials “A G W”
Below this is a skull with a tibia. The text in the free areas of the central part of the tombstone:
